Greetings from Florida!

Hi everyone! My name is Lisa and my husband and I live in on the west coast of Florida. We are so excited to be a part of this like-minded community.

We have been navigating my own long wellness journey of eating farm fresh whole foods and using naturopathic medical remedies. We are looking to deepen our ancestral skills to live off the land, be less reliant on technology and use more holistic herbal and food-based remedies. This community seems to be the perfect place to advance those goals!

Our goal for the next ninety days is to cut through the noise of the social media influencers who have jumped on the bandwagon of holistic living and discover the basics of true ancestral healing and way of life. We look forward to meeting and learning from this community as well as sharing our experiences.

Fun fact - my favorite show has always been Little House on the Prairie. I was drawn to that simple way of life with God, family, community and land at the root, and it continues to resonate with me.
