I just read something inside SWC that hit me HARD and I couldn’t agree more. 🔥
The biggest shift in entrepreneurship is unlearning the employee mindset.
As an employee, you’re used to being told what to do, clocking in, clocking out, and waiting for payday.
But as a CEO?
Nobody is coming to remind you to show up.
You either build… or you don’t. And your results will reflect that.
CEO mindset starts before the money does.
