$60,000 with a $10 Lead🤯
Its true, back when I was selling real estate in Queens NY I took a lead from one of the lead sources we cover in L3 Masterclass (Go to classroom to get started).
I spoke to the owner Joe about 3 times. On the third time I used a sick closing script given to me by a buddy of mine.
The seller agreed to meet with me as he was finally ready to list the home.
I went in presented and had him sign the listing agreement right then in there.
But guess what I did not show him any fancy listing presentation. I just gave him what he wanted.
A Number!!!!
I then listed the property and sold it direct to a buyer on the same block 🤣
$1M home at 6% while earning a 100% commission, you do the math.
