Lead spiritually — WITHOUT having to know it all!
❌🧠 You DON’T have to be the most knowledgeable person to lead.
❌ 🎁 You DON’T have to be the most gifted person to lead.
❌ 😇 You DON’T even have to be the holiest person to lead.
✅ 🛣️ You JUST have to be the person who says, “this is the way to God and this is the way I’m going.”
Imagine…
You are on a journey through life, and life is like a vast wilderness.
In the distance, you see a high mountain. This is the mountain of God. You may not know everything about the way there, but you can see the mountain and you are determined to go there.
If you can see the destination and are determined to go there, you can lead others on the way. The primary role of the leader is to keep everyone pointed and moving in the right direction! 🏔️
