🌿 Next Friday’s Bible Study: What Happened in the Beginning and Why 🌿
For our next Bible study we are going right back to the very beginning.
We’ll be looking at the creation of life and the fall of mankind, exploring what happened in the Garden of Eden, why it matters, and how it explains the world we live in today.
To prepare for the study, please do the following before Friday:
1️⃣ Download the Bible App
We will be using the YouVersion Bible App.
Download it here:
Once you’ve downloaded it:
• Open the app
• Tap Bible at the bottom
• Tap the translation name at the top of the screen
• Search for and select NLT (New Living Translation)
This will make sure we’re all reading from the same version.
2️⃣ Read Genesis Chapters 1–3
Please read:
📖 Genesis 1 — The creation of the world
📖 Genesis 2 — The creation of humanity and the Garden of Eden
📖 Genesis 3 — The fall of mankind
Take your time with these chapters and think about the questions they raise about God, creation, and humanity.
We’ll break everything down together during the study.
