Our recipe focus is plant forward, but you absolutely do not have to be raw, vegan, and/or "plant-based" to join in.
As a group, the only thing most of us will intentionally exclude for the sugar-free week is processed sugar. (unless you prefer to take it a step further and eliminate sweet fruits, but we'll chat about that so you can make your best choice!)
