I used to take forever to start the first draft of anything.. until I discovered Wispr.
Before Wispr, I’d try to “write like I speak”.
You probably heard that saying before right?! Well I tried it and never could master my true IRL voice.
Until now…
With Wispr, I use the “talk first, write second” move for every single post in this community.
I just hit record, say what’s on my mind. messy, unfiltered and let WISPR turn it into text. Every draft starts out with my real voice, not some weird version of what I think writing should sound like.
Afterward, I tweak and rewrite. Good writing is rewriting. That part feels way less heavy when I’m not fighting myself for the first few sentences. It’s wild how much easier it is when you actually start with how you sound.
No big secret. No magic formula. Just talk it out, get it down, then shape it up a bit. Makes posting here feel natural instead of a chore.
