But a big part of the day-to-day for a CS rep at Skool is responding to tickets through email, so…
I reprogrammed the AI to keep testing me on my knowledge of the platform AND on how I respond to emails- mirroring how the current team handles them.
I’ve been on this all day, and thought, since I’m already working on it, why not add it to the funnel? Make it part of the main project and really prove I can do the role.
