Billing Operations Manager
#JobOpportunity - We’re hiring a Billing Operations Manager (1099 | Virtual | US Only) for Capital Revenue Consultants, a company that supports mental health practices through structured, high-performance revenue cycle management.
We’re looking for someone who can own billing operations end-to-end — oversee revenue cycle performance, manage client relationships, lead biller accountability, improve workflows, monitor denials & AR, and keep operations proactive (not reactive).
Ideal Background:
• 3–5+ years medical billing (full revenue cycle)
• Mental health billing preferred
• Experience leading billing outcomes & client meetings
• Comfortable with Google Workspace + multiple EHRs (SimplePractice/TherapyNotes a plus)
Hours: 15–20 hrs/week
Compensation: $22/hr (increase to $25/hr after 90 days)
