We're now a community of 10! 🥳🌟🥰
Just a quick post to say a big thanks to all who have joined me in here. I'm very thankful and appreciative of you all.
Many of the people I work with often experience avoidance and social isolation due to anxiety and/or trauma, so I hope this is a way that we can all stay connected... no matter what's going on in our lives.
And if you know me, then you also know that this isn't easy for me to do either! 🫣But I'm here because I think connection and community are really important right now.
I'm hoping that together, we can create a safe place where we can all show up, be messy, find that connection, and have a bit of fun 🌟🤗 🙌
