The Learning Dilemma
Many parents are somewhat intrigued by the current situation in eduction system that is now trending; is the system inclusive or not? Inclusive means that the education system must provide the learning environment that all students regardless of ability background language or identity , learn together in the same general classrooms.
1️⃣ How many parents understand this concept?
2️⃣ How can a learner with diverse neurological conditions adapt to the inclusive system?
3️⃣ What can the parents/guardians do when there is clear evidence the education system is inadequate to meet the needs of the neurodivergent learner?
This is the rising dilemma for many learners who find themselves left out in the classrooms as the system does not meet the needs of the neurodivergent learner whether it is at primary, middle or high school! Even some learners struggle to understand how to communicate effectively and progress at college mainly because they have been left out due to their neurological differences to the mainstream learners.
Scientific research shows that appropriate early intervention and continuous learning support can build the confidence, and inspire the learner to break through the mindset hurdles and overcome obstacles of learning. There are many different approaches and techniques that when used and guided correctly, the learner with neurological differences can believe that he has Hope to Learn like others!
