In our businesses, we’re constantly zooming out to work on big-picture strategy, then zooming right back in to handle the daily details.

But what about the space in between? The small frustrations we’ve learned to live with, the ones quietly draining energy. Things like the same question getting asked because there’s no documentation. A CRM no one uses because it’s too clunky. Constant reprioritizing because goals aren’t visible. Gah.

These 'Pebbles' are micro-frictions across leadership, team, and systems that compound over time.
