Most of us are still the assistant in our own business. The inbox never gets to zero, the calendar fills with things that should have been an email, and the work you actually started this business to do gets whatever is left over. Most weeks that is nothing.
This one is hands on. We start with the real reason you are stuck, and it is not effort. Then the framework for a business AI can actually run. Then we install the thing together while you follow along, so you leave with a Claude assistant already doing part of your admin instead of a page of notes about it.
Thursday, 2pm PT, ninety minutes. Bring the work you are tired of doing. The recording goes in the classroom afterward.
