Intro
Hi everyone! I'm Sarah from rural Minnesota. My husband (we're newlyweds!) and I are building a business focused on something that's near and dear to our hearts: helping people transform their health one step at a time. I'm excited to be part of this community, learn from all of you, and put what I learn into action so we can buy back our time and make a bigger impact.
For fun, I love all the classic Minnesota and Wisconsin adventures—spontaneous day trips, finding waterfalls, hiking, exploring small towns, and spending time at the lake. I’m always up for discovering a new place and making an adventure out of an ordinary day.
