Day 7 - Uploading, road map this weekend.
TODAY Friday, 6/13/2025 (Hey, it's Friday the 13th!)
- Organize 11 videos to upload. One video for the about section with information, introduction, where to start, what to expect, who this is for, and how you will benefit. Ten other videos that make up the first phase.
- Finalize a gift for you when you join. Not a cheesy, neat little welcome gift, but a simple, powerful tool to implement right away, with immediate results that will keep working for you.
- Double check invite list for test group, finish general invite plan.
- Finish profile set up.
Tomorrow Saturday, 6/14/2025
- Upload everything.
- Send invites.
- Tweak, get some feedback with focus group.
- What to keep and what to eliminate or save for a better time. This is for the unexpected that always comes up in the final days before launching a project like this, or of any kind really.
Sunday 06/14/2025
- Relax, talk to people, get in to interesting conversations.
- Finalize THE BIG MESSAGE for Monday.
This will all make sense when it is up. It has become, for now, a hybrid of pre-recorded classes and live, as-I-go sessions. There are also un-edited recordings of builds where you get to see everything, mistakes and all. I have found this is what a lot of people enjoy, including me, and it also seems to be a great way to learn.
Another update coming Monday.
