Hey, I’m Ken. 👋
I’m 22 years old from Australia and the founder of FRQ.
Over the last few years, I’ve become obsessed with one idea-
Most people are capable of far more than they ever become.
All my life, I’ve been surrounded by people who settle for average. At some point, I decided I didn’t want that to become my normal.
That’s why I built FRQ.
FRQ wasn’t built to motivate people. It was built to help people raise their standards and live closer to their full potential.
My mission is simple: help as many people as possible stop settling for average and start living at a higher frequency.
This isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about refusing to settle.
I’m looking forward to building this community with all of you.
