Inside the group, we focus on nervous-system-led support through guided circles, meditations, EFT practices, and thoughtful conversations around hormones, stress, sleep, mood, energy, and identity. You’ll also find education around herbs and supplements as gentle, optional tools — shared ethically and without pressure.
