Death grip on paddle 💀
A very common mistake when players struggle with dinks is gripping the paddle too tightly.
When you death grip the paddle, tension travels up the arm and actually slows your swing down.
This reduces spin and makes it harder to control the ball.
Try relaxing your grip pressure and allowing the paddle to move more freely.
Better touch starts with less tension.
