Mistakes Made, Lessons Learned

Since working on the things I believe God has entrusted to me, one thing that I’m learning is to give myself grace!

This week, after creating a website that I had put much work into to collaborate with some other women, just to realize we were in various seasons of our lives, I decided to recreate a different website using a different platform.

I keep hearing God say, “Be ready so you don’t have to get ready!”

I know what I am trusting and believing God for so I am determined to give Him all I have, to work with!

But this week, I kept running into some obstacles that I hadn’t experienced before. It was really upsetting and frustrating me. There were times I just sat at my desk and cried. There were also times I had to just step away, take a break and get back to it. Regardless of the obstacles, I was determined to get this task done because as you are building you, your business and your brand, I’m learning mistakes will be made! But not so we can quit, but so we can learn the lesson and grow.

This new platform is way more cost efficient and offers a lot of features the other didn’t have or if they did, it was extra and God is teaching me to be a better steward over the things he’s blessed me with!

For those of you who are building you, your business and/or your brand, I just want you to be encouraged! You are not alone!!! Don’t despise the mistake! Change your perspective and see it as a lesson to be learned.
