This month's theme is Mind, Mood & Me โ and one of the things I want us to really sit with in July is our relationship with rest.
Not sleep. REST.
Rest is: saying no without an explanation.
Rest is: sitting still without guilt.
Rest is: letting someone else handle it โ even if they don't do it your way.
Rest is what keeps your nervous system regulated.
And a regulated nervous system is what helps you move through the symptoms of perimenopause with more grace and less panic.
