When you find yourself in a difficult moment, close your eyes and take five deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. Be mindful of any tension or resistance you're feeling in your body.
Regardless of whatever else is going on, you can always control your inhale and exhale. 🧘🏽♀️
