Grief doesn't ask permission. It just arrives — heavy, shapeless, and sometimes so quiet you don't even recognize it sitting beside you. I've been there. And I built this ritual because I needed it first.
Introducing the Ritual of the Torchbearer 🔥
This is a companion grief ritual I created to walk alongside the Descent: Underworld Journeys course, which is slowly making its way into the classroom. Think of it as a lantern for the dark halls — something you can hold when the journey underground gets tender.
