Because I struggle with motivation and I feel stuck often I have found somethings that help me.
I will have days where I feel like I cant do anything. But I can typically manage one thing. Sometimes its light some incense, others times its play music or light a candle. Then after a while I find i can manage one more thing. I will do another of the 3 I mentioned. And before you know it I have the incense, candle and music going. And I feel so much better. And I will talk with Hecate about my head space at the time as well.
Some times the small things are the most powerful. ❤️
