I am posting this mostly to help others. Lies are all around us every day. And most of the time we cant change that. But what we can do is address the lies we tell ourselves. I am speaking from the viewpoint of someone who struggles with anxiety.
I can worry myself sick over things I've made up in my own mind. So lately when I have a worry rooted in fear and anxiety I simply ask "but is that true?" And that's been helping me redirect my thoughts when I am stressed.
