- No recruiting for outside businesses, courses, or groups without admin approval.
- Job postings must be approved by Shaw Staffing moderators.
🚫 Spam = immediate removal.
3️⃣ Stay On Topic
This community is for:
- Job searching
- Career development
- Resume & interview support
- Employment readiness
- Professional growth
Posts unrelated to careers or employment may be removed.
4️⃣ Protect Privacy & Confidentiality
- Do not share personal information (SSN, DOB, addresses, employer passwords, etc.).
- Do not screenshot or share private group discussions outside the community.
- Respect confidentiality of job leads, employers, and fellow members.
5️⃣ No Guarantees or Misrepresentation
- Shaw Staffing does not guarantee job placement.
- Do not misrepresent job offers, employers, or yourself.
- False claims or misleading information will result in removal.
6️⃣ Follow Instructions & Admin Guidance
- Follow directions given by Shaw Staffing admins and moderators.
- Repeated failure to follow instructions may result in removal from the group.
- Admin decisions are final.
7️⃣ Mental Health–Friendly Space
- Encouragement and constructive feedback only.
- No shaming, negativity, or discouraging language.
- We support progress, accountability, and growth — not judgment.
8️⃣ Participation Expectations
- Be active, engaged, and respectful.
- Ask questions, share wins, and apply what you learn.
- This community works best when members show up with intention.
🚨 Enforcement Policy
Violations may result in:
- Post removal
- Warnings
- Temporary muting
- Immediate removal from the community (without refund, if applicable)
