I workout 5-6x week. Yes I lift heavy. I have a pretty good nutrition plan I follow. I get 100g protein everyday. I get 7 good hours of sleep ever night. I drink a ton of water and I drink my electrolytes . I love a more muscular physique. What should I try?! Thoughts?!?
