My name is Heather Lynch,
I originally got into baking shortly after getting married and found my love for the kitchen.
I used to always say I loved cooking but hated baking because it was more of a “science“
Which that is absolutely true but the more you learn, the more you can manipulate that science.
I started my sourdough journey over 2 years ago and started realizing that everyone thinks cooking and baking is so hard, I found a goal to make cooking/ baking simple.
