If you’re reading this, I want to start by saying: I’m glad you’re here. Not because of the pain that brought you, but because you chose not to carry it alone today.
This community was created for anyone walking through grief the fresh kind, the quiet kind, the complicated kind, the kind that lingers long after the world thinks you should be “better.” Here, you don’t have to pretend. You don’t have to be strong. You don’t have to hide the parts of your story that feel too heavy for the outside world.
Hearts in the Dark exists so we can speak our grief without judgement, without pressure and without being told to “move on.” We honour loss by honouring each other through honesty, compassion and community.
Take your time settling in. Read quietly if that’s all you can manage today. Share when you feel ready. There’s no right way to be here.
You’re not alone in the dark. Not anymore.
