I’m so grateful you’re here.
This community was created as a space for honest conversations around mortality, caregiving, grief, meaning, and connection.
After years working in hospice and end-of-life care, I’ve seen how many people feel isolated when facing serious illness, caregiving, grief, or difficult end-of-life decisions. Our culture often avoids these conversations until crisis forces them upon us.
My hope is that Heartprints in Time becomes a compassionate space where those conversations can happen with honesty, education, humanity, and emotional support.
Whether you are:
• caregiving for someone you love
• grieving a loss
• planning ahead
• working in end-of-life care
• facing your own mortality
• or simply wanting a healthier relationship with these deeply human experiences…
you are welcome here.
Inside this community, we’ll explore topics like:
• caregiving
• grief and anticipatory grief
• hospice and palliative care• end-of-life planning• legacy work
• difficult conversations
• conscious aging and dying
• and the importance of human connection through it all
I’ll also be hosting weekly live conversations where we can reflect more deeply on these topics together.
If you feel comfortable, I’d love for you to introduce yourself and share what brought you to Heartprints in Time.
Thank you for helping begin this community with me. I truly believe none of us are meant to walk this journey alone.
