FUN & HEALTHY MEMORIAL DAY RECIPES
1. ๐Ÿ‰ "WATERMELON SALAD THAT STEALS THE SHOW"
(Sweet, salty, juicy โ€“ 5 minutes, no cooking)
Ingredients:
ยท 4 cups cubed watermelon (cold = best)
ยท 1 cucumber, chopped
ยท ยผ cup crumbled feta (or dairy-free)
ยท Handful fresh mint, torn
ยท Squeeze of lime
ยท Sprinkle of chili powder or tajรญn (trust me)
How to:
Toss everything in a big bowl. That's it.
The mint + lime + tajรญn = FIRE. ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Why it's a win:
Hydrating, refreshing, and disappears faster than the chips.
