I joined HIL in April and I honestly didn’t expect to still be here months later - I’ve stayed because I’ve found the information so valuable. Oscar, Stella and Megan have a gift for explaining things in a way that makes it sound easy to follow, without being overwhelmed. I also love that the information is continually reviewed and updated, which gives me confidence that I’m getting current and reliable advice. Community group is great too, very supportive.

I have always tried to be "health conscious" but Oscar has helped me take that so much more seriously! The information in this community is genuinely solid gold and I love having a place to read about my health and have it explained in the classroom!
