Started the programm 4 days ago and I already see results regarding breathing pattern, sleep quality and even physiological concerns that no medical expert could help me with for as long as I can think. I have a serious left dominant congestion with varicose veins that only showed on that side of my body, and they are finally disappearing. After 4 days! I started following some of Oscar's techniques from his reels on Instagram and saw results within the first month. I then decided to join the community to understand more about the fascia and what lies behind thumb pulling and facial exercises. There is so much more to the spiritual and physical benefits on top of my normal work out routine. I didn't realise we store so much tension in our face that can affect the whole body.
