Eat What You Want AND Lose Weight!!!
🍱 You hear fitness experts all the time saying you can eat what you want and still lose weight….is that true or is that a myth⁉️
➡️ Fact is you CAN eat what you want and lose weight IF you stay in a caloric deficit….meaning you eat fewer calories that you burn.
Everyone has diets they like….paleo, keto, atkins, carnivore, vegan, vegetarian, etc. Truth is they all work, but they work not because of what you are actually eating but because you are eliminating entire food groups which naturally restricts calories.
➡️ The way I like to do it is by tracking calories and macros (protein, carbs, fats). This is the most flexible and can allow you to eat what you want‼️
Once you understand and master this concept you truly have the freedom to eat what you want‼️
