📌 How to Share Your Reflections
When responding to a prompt in the community:
  • Create a new post
  • Use the question you’re answering as the subject/title of your post (e.g., “What belief about myself am I ready to rewrite?”)
  • Write your response in the main body of the post.
  • You can answer as many or as few prompts as you like — go at your own pace.
🧠 Tips for Reflecting
  • Be honest — this space is for you.
  • You don’t have to have the “perfect” answer.
  • Share from the heart. You never know who you’ll inspire.
  • Feel free to comment on other members’ posts with support, encouragement, or a shared story.

This is a confidential and judgment-free community. You’re welcome to share deeply — but only if and when you feel comfortable. You can also use your printed or digital journal privately and just observe others’ posts until you're ready.
