This week, we’re diving into the heart of healing: inner child work. 💗
Your inner child holds the memories, beliefs, and emotions formed early in life—some joyful, some painful. As women, we carry the dreams, hurts, joys, and unmet needs of our younger selves. Deep within us lives a little girl who still remembers what made her laugh, what made her afraid, and what she longed to hear.
In this session, we’ll explore:
- What did your younger self need that she didn’t receive?
- What does she still need from you today?
- How can you nurture, soothe, and reparent her now?
Through journaling, mindful reflection, and open dialogue, we’ll begin the work of honoring and supporting the little girl within us all.
📝 Journal Prompt Ideas:
- Write a letter to your inner child. What does she need to hear?
- What memories still hold emotional weight for you?
- What did you wish adults had told you or done for you?
Many of us learned to survive early. We became strong, responsible, even hyper-independent. But our inner child may still be waiting for someone to say:
“You’re safe now. You are enough. I see you.”
✨ Reminder:
Healing doesn’t mean erasing your past — it means reparenting yourself with the compassion you deserved all along. You are both the woman and the girl inside. You can hold space for both.
👭 Optional Sharing: Post one of your journal responses in the community! Use the journal prompt as your post title.
