Healing is SIMPLE
The road to get there might seem rocky, tough and just fucking hard! But Healing is SIMPLE
If you're going through the motions and are now an expert at spiritual window shopping, then your path, your journey doesn’t need to commit to anything. You don't have to worry about what will grow or deepen a connection to spirit.
Yes, it's easy to keep things at arms length.Yes it might feel easy to just carry the baggage. And it's easier to not think about what you would have to do if you stopped and dealt with the baggage.
Part of the problem is the modern spirituality world wants you to believe something is wrong with you that then requires you to submit your agency and authority over your own healing.
So you try all these things, and nothing works and you're left window shopping and staring at shiny objects.
That is exactly why I am changing the direction of this work to Healing from Within: Skills for Living.
All of our healing is from within. All I do is show people some options. All I can do is show people some possible ways to start the healing journey. Only you can start it and it must start from Within!
