One on one with Florian
I had my one on one call with Florian and it was extremely helpful. I am a new small business and when choosing Shopify at first it was very daunting until I found Florian. I like that I am able to talk to a person and establish rapport. He explained things so I could understand them and he looked at my store and gave me great advice and helped me optimize a lot of things.
