This membership is exactly what the name states! Vanessa is so gentle and yet so powerful, the kind of combination only real experienced teachers have. The practices are beautifully carved with the kind of presence that really heals, bite size videos that go straight to the heart and echoe into my bones. It's making a huge difference in my recovery!

I have dove into many "healing" apps over the years, but none compare to Haven. The resources, tools, support and community are unmatched. It’s my favorite pocket resource to have with me and ground me when I need a helping hand. Would give 10 stars if that was an option.

Vanessa is a wonderful guide. Her visualizations put you in the actual experience. I especially like the faith ones. I also love the grieving the body and somatic classes. I am so glad I found Haven and Rewire.
