felt called to watch the Alysa Rushton show. she walked us thru a morning routine. during the breath work, she said if you got light headed, you're not used to so much oxygen. which ultimately is lack of diaphragmatic breathing (as I understand)
Why is this anything special? yesterday in a reading with a classmate, deep breathing and diaphragm came up as something that would help me. I had been getting a message before this to go back to basics with breathing practices.
