This morning started with something simple. I went to get my haircut, but my regular stylist at Great Clips in South Blue Springs was on vacation. Since I get my hair trimmed every three weeks and will be out of town for the next month, my wife convinced me to spend the morning exploring the farmers market in Lee's Summit.
I had been searching for natural, organic, and locally made products to feature on my websites. What I didn't expect was the number of talented vendors and small business owners gathered in one place. Every booth felt like another opportunity, another conversation, another possibility. I left inspired and more excited than ever for the future of LakeLife4U, PeaceFourU.org, H2Olifestyles, and Peace4AllMankind.
Sometimes sailing doesn't begin by choosing the perfect destination. It begins when the wind changes unexpectedly, forcing you to adjust your sails. Missing a haircut wasn't the plan, but that small change in course carried me to a harbor filled with opportunities I never knew existed. The best voyages often begin with a detour you never intended to take. ✌️
