This whole thing started when I was meditating and noticed something unusual: a kind of energetic pull in my gut. It felt like a vortex — subtle, but real. As I stayed with it, I started visualizing the flow, gently pulling it, like unraveling tension from the inside. I noticed something shift. My stomach relaxed. My body calmed down. I felt lighter.
I didn’t set out to create a method. I just kept following what worked.
And over time, I realized… this might be something worth sharing.
