New courses in the Classroom
If you've ever struggled trying to work out chord diagrams or where to put your fingers you need to head over to the Classroom page and start working through the mini courses that are there.
I've grouped them according to keys. Why?
If you're learning a song in the key of C, most of the chords in that song will be from the key of C. Here are all of the diatonic chords in C:
C
Dm
Em
F
G
Am
Bdim
So, if you can learn all of these you'll probably be able to play 99% of songs in that key using just those chords in various progressions (don't worry too much about Bdim).
Progressions are just chords played in a particular order.
Some of the courses are locked until you reach level 2 & 3. How do you reach level 2 and 3? Post and interact with others e.g., post videos or pics of what you're doing AND like and comment on what others are doing.
Let your fingers fly!
Pro Memorisation Tip!!! Say the chord name as you play it...trust me it works.
