My name is Matt Fujimoto, and I created this community because I’ve always felt that clear writing and clear thinking go hand in hand. In other places I’ve found, you could learn about one or the other — but rarely both together. Yet in my experience, you can’t truly improve as a writer without sharpening your thinking, and you can’t truly strengthen your thinking without learning how to express it in writing. This is meant to be a home where we can practice both, side by side. A place to test ideas, give and receive feedback, and challenge ourselves to see more clearly.
My hope is that you find:
- A space that is safe enough to take risks, but rigorous enough to help you grow.
- Fellow members who care as much you do about writing well and thinking clearly
- Opportunities to push yourself — whether that’s through prompts, discussions, or feedback.
