Hello everyone!
My name is Weston and I'm the founder of Guerilla Lawn Care System.
This is the exact system I used to start my own successful lawn-care business from scratch, with absolutely no capital, and with no equipment or vehicles.
Just an idea, a bit of time, and a lot of hustle.
I went from zero customers to over 700 within my first season, with close to $500k in sales ($200k+ profit), with no traditional advertising or mail outs.
Why Guerilla?
I named it after the guerilla marketing style.
"Guerrilla marketing is an unconventional, low-cost marketing strategy that aims to make a big impact by surprising and engaging consumers. It often involves using public spaces and unexpected interactions to create memorable brand experiences" - Google
Guerilla marketing is used by companies that don't have a huge marketing budget or brand name, where with proper planning you can stretch the limited money you have as far as your imagination can take you.
There's also Guerilla warfare:
"Guerrilla warfare is a form of irregular warfare characterized by small, mobile groups using ambushes, sabotage, and hit-and-run tactics to harass, delay, and disrupt a larger, more conventional, and well funded enemy force." - Google
The GLC system is exactly that, a smaller, well organized assault on the lawn care season, lol.
We don't have a website, a Facebook page, or an office.
We keep ourselves disciplined, versatile, and streamlined.
We have no "employees" and the headaches that go with that; we contract out the sales and labor.
We do have our own equipment and trucks, but we didn't start that way.
I will teach you step by step the exact same thing I did my very first year to make over $200k in profits.
