Phase 1 — Slack (2–3 hours)
- You create the GrowthCode OS Slack workspace + install Make.com app: ~20 min your time
- I wire Jarvis morning briefing → #jarvis: ~45 min
- I wire Marketing Agent → #marketing on each run: ~30 min
- I set up #commands so you can trigger agents from Slack: ~45 min
Phase 2 — Gmail Read + Draft Reply (2–3 hours)
- Make.com already has your Google connection, so no new auth needed
- Gmail watcher scenario: ~1 hour
- Claude reads + drafts reply logic: ~45 min
- Slack alert to #jarvis with summary: ~30 min
Phase 3 — Jarvis Brain / Memory (2–3 hours)
- Make.com Data Store design + setup: ~45 min
- Update Voice Trigger to write session context to memory: ~45 min
- Update jarvis-gc.netlify.app system prompt to pull live context: ~1 hour
Total active build time: 6–9 hours
In calendar terms — if we start now and work straight through, it's a solid full day. More realistically 2 days with testing, your approval checkpoints, and any debugging.
The critical path item is Slack — you need to create the workspace and connect Make.com before I can build anything else. That's about 20 minutes on your end. Want to knock that out now so I can start Phase 1 while you do it?
