Hi, I am Natalie from Cape Town, wife and mom of two daughters aged 12yrs and 9 months. Officially started on the 28th April and been consistent everyday so far, being an introvert, it felt awkward at first but everyday has made a difference to becoming more confident. Happy to be part of this community and ready to see the difference it will make in my life.
