Hi!
My name is Spencer. I am excited to join a group of others who are on their microgreens adventure. I am just starting my first grow next week. My wife loves to eat microgreens and buys them from health-food stores. I am curious about how much demand I will find at the farmer's markets. It should be an interesting adventure. I am currently living in Utah, but plan to move to Oklahoma when out house sells.
