Disability & Critical Illness Insurance — Worth It?
Hey everyone! I’ve been getting a bunch of calls lately from insurance providers about disability and critical illness (CI) insurance. I don’t get these benefits through work, and I already have term life insurance, so I’m on the fence. For those of you who have looked into this (or already have it), what’s your take — must-have protection or overkill?
For additional context and it it helps, my wife and I are both working in IT and have a mortgage.
