Walking wedge worm farming
Walking wedge worm farming is a horizontal continuous flow through method. You start feeding the worms on the inside and work your way across to the other side. The worms follow the feed stock so what's left behind should be relatively worm free nutritious vermicast. High quality worm compost should be like putty, it should stick together and crumble easily in you hand. At that stage you dry it and the sieve it.
