Katrina, I currently live in Las Vegas but are transitioning to North Carolina in the next few years. I started a winter raised bed garden with cabbage, kale, lettuce, onion's. I’m wanting to learn how to grow food in the Vegas hot climate, eventually having a larger self-sustaining garden in NC. As a child my parents grew everything I couldn’t appreciate it then but now I understand and want to do the same.
